These Terms of Service govern the Sunset Motors (Sunset Automotive, Inc.) text message (SMS) program.
1. Program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Sunset Motors, including appointment reminders and confirmations, inquiry follow-ups, vehicle updates, and, if you consent, promotional offers. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number provided.
3. Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
